Cookies and browser storage have different purposes. Hosting, security and fonts also involve requests to providers even when optional analytics and chat are off.

  • Theme: browser local storage remembers your light, dark or system preference until you change it or clear this site's data.
  • Privacy choice: local storage remembers separate analytics and chat choices for up to one year. We ask again when no valid choice is available. Clearing browser data also clears the choice.
  • Vercel Web Analytics: loads only when allowed. It uses request-derived visitor identification rather than analytics cookies. Its short-lived visitor identifier is not a promise that every analytics record is erased after 24 hours.
  • Crisp chat: loads only when allowed. It can use session cookies and browser storage to support conversations; chat messages and provider records can remain after the widget stops loading.
  • Hosting, security and fonts: Vercel serves the website and helps protect form requests. Google Fonts receives requests for the website's fonts. These uses are described in the privacy notice.

to enable or decline either optional service. The same control is in the footer. Declining does not prevent browsing or submitting an inquiry.

When you turn off a service that has already loaded, this page reloads. The new document uses the saved choice and does not load that service. Withdrawal does not delete information already received by a provider. Contact us about deletion requests. If browser storage is unavailable, we do not treat that as permission to start optional services.

The separate V2 application

V2 uses first-party Better Auth cookies to keep you signed in and protect authentication flows. Social sign-in and optional two-factor authentication can use additional security cookies. Blocking or clearing these cookies can interrupt sign-in or sign you out. The application also uses its own interface storage.

Website analytics and chat choices do not control these application sign-in cookies or change your V2 account settings. Review the application's cookie and privacy notices for its storage details.
