These terms apply to your use of iacgenius.com (the "website"). By using the website, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. Who we are

The website is run by Srikrishnas Ventures LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as IACGenius ("we"). We consult to businesses on cloud infrastructure as code for AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud. We do not sell a subscription or any other product on this website.

2. The website is not an offer

Prices and timelines on the website, including the foundation, existing-accounts, and cloud operations pages, are examples of how we usually price and schedule work. Work starts only after we both sign a quote or statement of work. If that document conflicts with the website or these terms, the signed document controls. Cloud usage is billed to you by AWS, Microsoft, or Google, not by us.

3. General information only

Blog posts, examples, and the free templates in the IaC Hub sample library at iachub.iacgenius.com are provided as they are, without support. Review and test anything before you use it. Nothing on the website is legal, audit, or compliance advice, and we do not issue SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or PCI DSS certificates. Links to other websites are for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content.

4. What you send us

When you use a request form or email us, give accurate information. Do not send passwords, access keys, or other people's sensitive data. Sending a request does not create a confidentiality obligation; if you need an NDA before sharing details, ask us for one. Our privacy notice explains how we handle what you send.

5. Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload, or get around the security of the website, scrape it in bulk, send spam or malicious code through its forms, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Our content

We own the website's text and design. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Terraform, and other product names belong to their owners, and using them here does not mean they endorse us.

7. No warranty and limit of liability

The website is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from the website. For any claim about the website, our total liability is the greater of what you paid us to use the website or US $100. Using the website is free, so in practice the cap is $100.

Paid foundation, existing-accounts, and cloud operations work is outside this section. Its warranty and liability are set only by the signed quote or statement of work and are tied to the fees in that document. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

8. Texas law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute about the website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas. Before filing a claim, please email us and give us a chance to resolve it.

9. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new effective date. Updates do not change an agreement we have already signed with you.
